LT03
LT03 laser welding brazing tool has been equipped with mechanical seam tracking unit and multi-laser-spot module. Laser spot module could be customized according to different materials to be welded, in order to realizing flawless welding seam with smooth and perfect surface.
? Seam tracking module: mechanical seam tracking using welding wire as guide tip, the rotation module could be pneumatical or electrical. Adjusting range in Z-axis is ±10mm
? Rotation module: pneumatical control unit could realize the adjusting range ±15°. Electrical control unit could realize the adjusting range ±90°
? Multi-laser-spot module (optional): could be customized according to different materials to be welded. For example, triple-spot module is the optimal one for zinc coated plate, for which could efficiently remove the zinc coated layer in order to reduce the holes in welding seam; while double-spot module is the optimal one for aluminum alloy, for which could easily lead to the keyhole effect, in order to improve the absorbing rate of laser energy
