BZT-02
BZT-02, a widely-used laser brazing tool, integrates mechanical seam tracking unit and MFU auto-zooming module, via which the optimal position for both laser spot and welding wire could be acquired, accordingly forming perfect welding seam without defects.
? MFU auto-zooming module: based on the signal acquired from position sensor matching with flexible contacting unit, the deviation (-6~20mm) of welding seam on Z-axis could be calculated and transferred to MFU servo motor, in order to ensure the laser spot staying on the same plane with welding wire
? Self-adapting mechanical seam tracking: welding wire was used as guide tip, servo motor was used as driving unit on Y-axis. Adjusting range is ±10mm
